Google Pay is here - Apple Pay is around the corner:
The Zempler team has delivered Google Pay for Android users just before Christmas.
Customers have been asking for this for a while, and providing this ease to pay was non-negotiable. The good news for iOS users is that Apple Pay will follow closely in the New Year, allowing customers to leave their wallets at home and pay on the go using their phones.
Business overdraft on application:
Zempler understands that some businesses need access to finance from the very start, not just once they’re established. They have introduced an option for limited companies to apply for an overdraft during their application. Instead of waiting several months for an offer, Zempler customers will receive an instant decision, helping plan with greater flexibility. This option will be extended to sole traders in 2026, when Zempler will also be assessing opportunities to increase the overdraft limits to be made available.
Changes to our company registration service:
To support the new ID requirement from Companies House, Zempler have introduced an additional step for officers as part of the application process, though it should only take a short time to complete. In addition, they have lowered the deposit requirement for our offer to £50, making it more accessible.
You may be aware that Companies House have announced a doubling of their fees for new incorporations to £100 effective from February 2026. Ahead of this Zempler will be assessing how they can continue to offer a cost-effective alternative solution for new companies, incorporating the opening of a business bank account.
