We encourage all members to consider entering the Awards this year, each application will be judged on its merits. The Award Categories this year are:

Employee of the Year: Going above and beyond, supporting customers and the business. Evidenced by results and feedback from customers, colleagues and business leaders.

Community Contribution: Demonstrating good engagement in supporting the local community. E.g. Raising money for charity or local initiatives. Positive team commitment and good feedback from your area/community.

Employer of the Year: Delivering strong leadership and support to the business and employees. Able to evidence high performing teams, belief in training, development, professionalism, promoting from within and living “The Consumer Duty”.

Store of the Year: Delivering consistent results through teams, best quality customer service and having a meaningful successful plan in place.

Student of the Year: The student who obtained the highest pawnbroking course grades. (chosen by NPA)

To enter the awards simply ask for an application document from Sonia, complete the form and return by mid-August 2025.
