Regional Organised Crime Unit

During the past 6 months we have established positive links with various police authorities and crime prevention units. Following a meeting with ROCU, they have issued a one page documented (Appendix 1), providing a guide to support the identification and prevention of Courier Fraud. ROCU have asked if the document can be printed and displayed behind the counter for store staff to read. ROCU have also provided a case study to help your teams understand what courier fraud is (Appendix 2).
