NPA - Police Seizure Update

A revised and updated “NPA Police Seizure” notice has been drafted in association with the Thames Valley Police, Senior Director of Intelligence. A meeting has been confirmed in December to finalise the document and issue to the relevant NPA members in the Thames Valley Police area. The overarching principle aims to protect the pawnbroker by agreeing for the pawnbroker to securely retain an item, rather being placed in storage by the police.
