Following the new AML guidance from HMRC available at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/anti-money-laundering-guidance-for-money-service-businesses , NPA has updated our AML Training Course with the latest guidance.
Our Data Protection course is also being replaced to match the new regulations from May. There will be 2 new modules:
1 General Data Protection Regulations - To replace current Data Protection Module and includes; General Data Protection – overview, registering with ICO, Data Protection principles, Lawful basis for processing, Individual rights, Accountability and Governance, Explanation of FCA SYSC requirements
2 (NEW) GDPR Compliance- Responsibility for Data Management, The Data Audit Report requirements, Examples of data mapping, Which Data the regulations apply to: Customers, Staff, CCTV, Suppliers and Contractors, Data Protection Impact Assessment and DPIA checklist, Monitoring and regular assessment, Impact on creating a new customer file and the requirements, Training of staff, Update of policies and procedures, Data Breech Log
