  • NPA Magazine – We will be changing our NPA print management company for our next Edition. As a reminder if you have changed your contact address details please inform the NPA to enable us to update our records.
  • Pawnbroking Guide (Previously known as the “Red Book”) – All Chapters have now been updated, once the NPA Council have approved the Guide we will add to the NPA Members Areas of our Website. Please note as the document is a guide only, you will need to review to ensure your own policies and procedures satisfy the regulators requirements.
  • Gold Focus – Following my attendance at the Gold Focus event in London, we previously shared the latest summary to all our members, which included gold supply, demand and investment. If you missed the communication, we have added the link: https://metalsfocus.egnyte.com/dl/Q4fD7GqQqykf
  • Peter Kenyon and I attended a remote meeting with HMT. The aim of the meeting was to discuss CCA reform and gain initial input from the NPA. One of our many goals will be to ensure that our sector maintains our current opt out for affordability and specific regulations. We will keep you up to date with any developments.
  • Call for Input NPA Website – Our website is due for an update and we will be working with the NPA Council to support any necessary changes. If you have any suggestions of what you would like to see updated/changed please email the NPA, which will allow to review in the planning stages. Look out for more information in due course.
