Two members received notice from their banks to cease offering their banking support,
Santander and Lloyds. The NPA has made contact with the FCA, HMRC and Philip Davies aiming to reverse the decisions. Engagement with the regulator and HMRC have not been successful, however we will continue to raise this as a significant issue to our members. If you receive any negative communications from your banks, please contact the NPA which will help us raise this ongoing risk with our regulator.
