All pawnbrokers are required to give all staff except ancillary workers Conduct Training. In addition to the online certificated course for individuals, members are offered a free slide pack and notes so they can give all relevant staff annual training and record who has received the training. Members have also been reminded that all firms must be registered on CONNECT by January and will need to confirm that details are correct annually in line with their Accounting Reference Date (ARD).
