NPA members are making customers aware that they can take part in NPA commissioned independent customer research through the University of Bristol’s Personal Finance Research Centre. This vitally important piece of research will provide a picture of the pawnbroking market. The research aims to show the experiences of customers in 2020. The web-based research continues through to April, customers are invited to go online and complete a survey. As a reward those customers taking part will be entered into a free draw to win a cash prize of £500 and 5 prizes of £100.
