University of Bristol Concludes Research Today
NPA would like to thank members who have contributed to a major piece of consumer research we commissioned independently through the highly respected University of Bristol’s Personal Finance Research Centre and which finishes today. This vitally important piece of research will provide a picture of the pawnbroking market. The research aims to show the experiences of NPA customers in 2020. We are advised that the web-based research achieved highly robust results and will now be evaluated and documented by the University. The results will be issued in due course and Sara Davies, Head of Research at Bristol will be speaking at the NPA Conference on 9th October.
