FOS have released full year figures for the Annual Complaints here
Total enquiries at 642,556 where down 7% year on year, new enquiries at 271,468 were down 31%. The decline was across nearly all categories. In total 29,746 resolutions in favour of the customer were made by FOS of which 11 were against pawnbrokers, down one from the previous year.
