The bank of England have just launched the new polymer £20 note featuring the artist JMW Turner and his painting ‘The Fighting Temeraire’ after the public vote. This replaces the old paper note with the image of Adam Smith the economist. The Bank say it is their most secure banknote ever and features two colour foil and see-through windows.
