Introduction to Pawnbroking Courses

There are two initial NPA e-learning courses which can be completed; Induction and Refresher Course and Certificate of Pawnbroking Excellence., as well as many other courses to support continuous development.

An Induction and Refresher course aimed at those who are new to Pawnbroking and the industry as well as anyone looking to refresh their knowledge. The only course of its type tailored specifically for Pawnbrokers and exclusive to the National Pawnbrokers Association. The Certificate of Pawnbroking Excellence is focused at more experienced pawnbrokers and those who have successfully passed the Induction course.

Both courses promote the values of the modern Pawnbroker by ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to confidently provide a competitive service. These courses will teach you the legal requirements and day to day practices to ensure things turn out right. Help you achieve a competitive edge in a growing industry. Members can gain access to all e-learning course by paying an annual fee.

The NPA also offers face to face training courses delivered by our external training company. Your requirements can be discussed with the training team to support your needs,
