There will be a number of Awards handed out at this years 125th Anniversary Awards Dinner on 13th October at the London Victoria Plaza hotel. Members are encouraged to enter Employer of the Year and Store of the Year. We are looking for examples of great store design and layout or excellent customer service or exemplorary compliance and processes. For the Employer of the year we are looking for members of any size, or perhaps a franchisee showing motivation of staff, good performance and training, professionalism and happy staff and customers.

We will also be awarding Exhibitor of the Year (we still have space for a few more exhibitors at the Conference), Student of the Year, and our special Lifetime Achievement Award
